Construction Introduction
1. The pump consists of 4 part of submersible motor、pump、discharge
pipe、and switch . the motor is water-filled type, the chamber is full
of clear water to cool the motor coil and lubricate the bearing, the
voltage adjustor can regulate the variable water temperature automatically
.
2. The pump is single suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal type.
3. The sand-proof construction comprises of labyrinth cap 、skeleton
seal and seal.
4. The motor is hermetic type.
5. The stator coil utilizes high quality water-proof magnetic wire,
sleeve material processes of the advantage of water lubrication anti-worn
and sand-proof, the rotor is squirrel cage type. |

Well Requirement
1. The well should be right and straight without stagger state.
2. Well diameter should be less than pump seat No.
3. Water surging should meet the pump capacity and no-interrupt operation
Notice
1.Motor must be filled with clear water before operation
2.The rubber bearing should be filled with water during trial operation
on land, and it should not exceed 1 minute.
3.The pump should operate vertically , horizontal operation is forbidden
.
4. The inlet of pump should be lower 1 meter than dynamic level, the
lower end of pump should keep 3 meters to the well bottom. |
